Bape Store Singapore

The store is well decorated like all Bape stores. Inflated prices but not unexpected. Staffs are attentive but don’t follow you around the store, which I like. I only come here for limited releases. First come first serve on releases which is Saturday most of the time. I do wish that the staff would not backdoor small sizes. I mean how come I was the first in line and you sold out of small sizes?!

Just arrived item at a hefty price vs Japan. Getting this on behalf. The store is the only outlet in Singapore located at Mandarin Gallery. @Mandarin Gallery at the 1st level there are 2 lift areas 1 for hotel residences while going straight turn left is the lift landing for shops. The guy staff did not greet when i entered at 11+am, but later enquired what i was looking for. The staff by the name of Jeremy (base on my receipt) was not aware whether their receipt will reflect credit card #, while another lady who was packing the clothes into the packaging at the cashier counter was better able to inform on my enquiry. For the high end product, i will expect better service. Went 31 Mar & realised need to queue today at level 1. Previously no need. Before u proceed in to Mandarin gallery lookout for bape entrance signage and if there is a queue b4 proceed to level 2. Staircase in level 1. Forget about anyone picking up your call on a Sunday.

Great store! The shop had a nice vibe and the staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The store had a wide collection of men’s jackets, hats, shoes and shirts, they also have a small collection for kids that sells t-shirts. The bad thing is you can’t try on the clothes but only see and hold, so you have to know what size you want from the start but on the other hand when you buy something you get some free BAPE logo stickers and everything from footwear to clothing will be wrapped and packaged for you in a product bag. Overall great store to have a look in.

went during a sale in the store and approached a tall female staff with tattoos on her arm.. the staff was initially helpful but became very impatient when i was asking to try sizes in different colours.. she told me there was stock when i approached her but got annoyed and started to say things like “oh (if you are going to continue to ask for sizes) there isn’t stock for the colours” when she has clearly taken out the items.. she made the process of purchasing the item really unpleasant by being rude...not trying to be fussy, but if she is getting paid by BAPE to serve the customers, why is it so hard to satisfy the customers needs when there is a sale and clearly the demand of items will increase? She has tarnished my impression of the brand and made me question the way staff are hired there.. beware of that particular female staff, her name is Angelina based on the receipt.. other staff were friendly and ok.
